Introduction of the Dates Grading Machine:
1>. Features:
1. This grading line is suitable for dates sorting, grading level of the sorting can be adjusted at will according to the customer's demand.
2. It can be applied to circular or elliptic, and elongated kinds of fruit, such as dates, small tomato, strawberry, apple, walnut, litchi, and other fruit grading sorting.
3. Using hoist dates materials will be sent to the roller, through the rotation of the drum, the built-in screw conveyers to move forward, date through appropriate aperture into material in the tub, is exhausted from feed mouth.
2>. Working Principle:
The materials through the roller rotation under the rotation of the motor drive. The different regions of the roller with differen hole size. Need to be graded materials through conveyor evenly into the drum, and then flip through the roller body. Materials though the different diameter drop from different size hole to the hopper. Materials are graded based on sizes, so as to achieve the goal of fruit and vegetable classification.
